Korean note: 본 문서는 Google OAuth 검토와 앱 사용자 안내를 위해 영문 중심으로 제공됩니다.
1. Overview
MyDangJik is a scheduling application for managing shift and duty schedules. The app can be used in local-only mode without signing in to Google. Google Calendar access is optional and is only used when the user chooses to connect their Google account.
2. Google User Data We Access
If you choose to connect Google Calendar, MyDangJik may access the following Google user data through the Google Calendar API:
- Your Google Calendar list metadata needed to identify which personal calendars to read.
- Calendar event data, including event title, description/notes, location (if present), start time, end time, all-day status, calendar identifier, and organizer/calendar email when returned by the API.
- The Google account email address associated with the connected account, for the purpose of showing which account is linked inside the app.
MyDangJik requests the following Google OAuth scopes only:
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.readonlyhttps://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.events
3. How We Use Google User Data
Google user data is used only to provide user-facing calendar features inside MyDangJik.
- To import your Google Calendar events into week and month boards.
- To create, update, or delete Google Calendar events when you choose to sync changes from the app.
- To show which Google account is currently connected.
We do not use Google user data for advertising, profiling, data brokerage, creditworthiness, or generalized AI/ML model training.
4. Storage and Retention
MyDangJik does not operate a separate developer backend for Google Calendar sync. Google Calendar data used by the app is processed on the user’s device and exchanged directly between the app and Google services.
- Locally stored app data may include schedules, templates, department color settings, theme settings, holiday settings, last sync timestamps, linked Google account email, and cached calendar snapshots needed for app functionality.
- Local calendar data remains on the user’s device unless the user deletes the relevant schedules, disconnects Google Calendar, clears app data, or deletes the app.
- Authentication tokens are handled by platform and Google authentication frameworks. MyDangJik does not sell or share Google access tokens with third-party advertisers or data brokers.
5. Data Protection and Security Measures
We take reasonable and appropriate steps to protect Google user data and locally stored schedule data against unauthorized access, use, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
- Data transmitted between MyDangJik and Google APIs is sent over encrypted HTTPS/TLS connections.
- MyDangJik does not run a separate backend server for Google Calendar sync. Google Calendar data is processed directly between the app on the user’s device and Google services.
- Locally cached schedule and sync data is stored within the application sandbox or app group storage provided by the operating system, which is isolated from other apps by platform security controls.
- Google authentication credentials and access tokens are handled by Google and platform authentication frameworks and are not sold or intentionally exposed to third parties.
- Only the minimum data needed for the app’s scheduling and sync features is retained locally.
- Users can disconnect Google Calendar and delete locally stored schedule data by removing schedules, clearing app data, or uninstalling the app.
6. Sharing of Google User Data
We do not sell Google user data. We do not share Google user data with third parties except as necessary to communicate with Google APIs and services requested by the user.
When you connect Google Calendar, the app exchanges the minimum necessary data with Google to read and write calendar events that you choose to sync.
7. Local Data and Non-Google Data
The app may also store the following local-only information on the device or app group storage:
- Schedules created or edited directly in the app
- Weekly templates
- Department color settings
- App theme settings
- Holiday accent settings
- Holiday API cache and holiday API last sync time
For holiday highlighting, the app may request Korean public holiday data from a public holiday API. This request is not tied to your Google account and does not use Google user data.
8. User Controls and Deletion
- You can use MyDangJik without connecting Google Calendar.
- You can disconnect Google Calendar inside the app at any time.
- You can edit or delete schedules inside the app.
- Deleting the app may remove locally stored app data from your device.
9. Limited Use Statement
MyDangJik’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
